| After only a few hours in the flame, Aaron and I realized lampworking was going to be more than a casual hobby. For us, it has turned into a true obsession. Molten Obsession not only describes our attitude towards lampworking, it is the name we gave our small business. We are a mother and son team: Robin and Aaron Mamo.

| Aaron was 14 when we started working with glass. He is now a college student, and lives in Florida. In 2006 he was the recipient of the Youth Entrepreneur Award from Ernst & Young. It was a great honor to be recognized for his dedication to our small business, especially since it came when he was a senior in high school.

| I live Michigan, and am a middle school teacher. I work in my studio in the evenings and during the summer. I always look forward to Aaron's trips back here, where he helps me with art shows when he can.
